Originally from Topeka, Kansas, Shane made the move to Colorado nearly three years ago and has fully embraced life in the Rockies—especially the mountain streams where he enjoys fly fishing. Before joining the mortgage industry, Shane served as a pastor, focusing on building strong communities and engaging with both local and global nonprofits. In 2023, he transitioned into sales, stepping into a leadership role as a sales manager for a wholesale/retail holiday lighting company.

Shane is brand new to the lending industry, but he brings with him a powerful combination of relational strength, a deep desire to understand and value people, and an unstoppable drive to succeed. Highly systematic and efficient, Shane is committed to outworking and outlearning his peers as he grows into this new chapter of his career. He chose Aslan because of the company's values and their strong support for developing new loan officers—something that resonated deeply with his own principles.

Shane is married to his college sweetheart, Chloe. Together they have an 11-month-old son, Hudson, and are excited to welcome another baby boy in April. Outside of work, Shane is an outdoor enthusiast and health aficionado—whether he's hiking to hidden fishing spots, competing in local CrossFit events, playing adult league soccer, or exploring new breweries.

One fun fact? Shane comes from a big family—he has six siblings!
